This document will outline how to create and record lessons through PowerPoint.
1. Open PowerPoint. By default PowerPoint will currently be installed onto your computer along with the other Microsoft Office365 Applications.
2. Select the Recording tab.

3. To record a lesson from the slides in your PowerPoint presentation select Record Slide Show.
4. You will be presented with a screen similar to the screen below. Select Record to begin recording the presentation, and Stop to finish the recording
5. If you would like to record your screen instead select Screen Recording
6. Once selected you can use the Select Area button to choose which section of your screen you would like to record. If you would like to record your voice and mouse make sure that Audio and Record Pointer are selected as below.
7. You can use the Pause and Stop buttons to pause or finish your recording. Once you select stop the recording will save
8. Once you have finished recording your recorded presentation will be saved.
9. Select Export to Video to save your recording to your computer or select Publish to Stream to save the recording to Microsoft Stream where you can add the video to a Group or Channel.
If you select Publish to Stream you can give your video a Title and Description. Once you select Publish the video will automatically process and appear in Stream in your Microsoft account.
Remember: You can access Microsoft Stream by going to web.microsoftstream.com in Google Chrome.
