1. Open Chrome and click on the “Chrome menu” located in the top right corner of the browser window.


2. Select “Settings” from the drop down menu



3. A new tab will open in Chrome with Chrome’s settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page till you find “+Show advanced Settings”.

4. You will now see a section titled “Privacy”


5. Click on “Clear Browsing Data”.


6. A window will appear with a list of checkboxes for the types of data that you wish to have removed. In this case, make sure your settings match the screen shot below;



7. Click “Clear browsing data” and Chrome will begin to delete cached files. Once complete, close all opened Chrome windows and re-open Chrome.
