Turning on Schoolbox push notifications on mobile (this setting should be on by default)
1. Open the settings app on your phone and select "Notifications".
2. Select "Arden Schoolbox".
3. Ensure that "Allow Notifications" is turned on. Check that your notification alerts are turned on.
Schoolbox Notification Settings
As a parent you can choose what you receive notifications for and how you receive them.
1. Click on your name or profile picture in the top right corner.
2. Click on 'Settings'.
3. Read through each message notification type and choose how you would like to receive it. You can mute a notification if you would not like to receive an alert.
4. Click 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.
